Honestly I think it addresses one of the biggest barriers facing any org that is trying to be progressive and move forward with anything new. Sitting back and analyzing a step forward and the risks involved is so much easier than taking the risk. Seriously... at times we pretend to feel smarter for sitting and being stagnant for the sake of being able to say..."Man, I'm glad I was smart enough to know that option might have had bad consequences". You know what I am talking about... someone brings up an idea at a board meeting or brainstorming session and several folks launch into "Look how smart I am for having the foresight to be able to list 546 things that might go wrong if we change or evolve our organization."
It's how companies die. Read the book.
