Fees:
1. Keynote: $750 plus travel - you set the talk time or we can work it out. (Max is 3 hrs)
2. Smaller group (5-75ish people) $50 an hour (on-site)(minimum of 3 hours) plus travel.

1. 55 cents a mile round trip.
2. Windshield time one way - you pay $50 an hour for me to getting to you... I deadhead home.
2. Hotel accommodations if overnight is necessary - doesn't need to be fancy, I will trust you to keep the rats/roaches to a minimum.
3. One meal if overnight is necessary - you pick... I will launch an all out internet assault if you screw me on this... but I trust you and I am not picky.
